We are an apprentice Lineman program that trains apprentices in 5 states (Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma). Our main training facilities are in La Grange, TX and Albuquerque, NM, where we train roughly 750 apprentices. We train approximately 44 weeks out of the year, so we climb nearly 220 days per year. We recently (8 months ago) started climbing the ponderosa pines treated with cca from Arizona Log, we love the poles and the longevity that we are getting from them. They have out lasted anything that we have used to this date, which is a lot, also they don’t splinter out like some poles. They also don’t smell or transfer the chemicals to your gloves and clothing like others do. So far we are very impressed!
